Mona Hodgson Update

Winter 2011

"A ship in the harbor is safe, but that's not what ships are built for." Horatio Nelson

Hi!

Thank you, thank you for spending a little time with me here. A new year brings with it opportunity for adventure. Whether you're dry-docked for restoration and replenishment, feeling the tug that's pulling you away from the dock, or you're already out sailing the seas, I wish you God's best in 2011.

My theme for the new year? Embrace. Embrace Jesus. Embrace loved ones. Embrace opportunities to serve others. Embrace life. "A time to embrace." Ecclesiastes 3:5

And for me . . . reading is an important part of the adventure.

Here's what I've been reading . . .

DEVOTIONALS

Jesus Calling: Enjoying Peace In His Presence, Sarah Young
My Utmost for His Highest
by Oswald Chambers

HISTORICAL FICTION

The Fire in Ember by DiAnn Mills (New!)
Journey To Riverbend by Henry McLaughlin (New!)
